In the event of a conflict in language between any printed version of the bylaws and the version on this website, the website version is primary. An annual review of the bylaws, operating policy and league rules shall be completed each year to ensure the league operates accordingly. It is the responsibility of the league membership to understand and abide by the rules of these documents.
